Our allied practice, C-Quest, are seeking an exceptional Business Development Manager to join our award winning team based within our Abu Dhabi Office. 


This critical role will be responsible for driving growth for KEO’s market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating and monitoring business relationships with clients, whilst maintaining client relationships and driving loyalty through client service.


Paramount to success within this varied role will include:

  • Assisting in the consolidation of KEO’s reputation and relationship with existing clients, with the aim of securing repeat business, preferably on a negotiated basis.
  • To seek out new opportunities and new clients for KEO across the region, including identifying potential partners where appropriate.
  • To liaise with other KEO Divisions to identify and develop new business opportunities for KEO.
  • To assist in carrying out risk assessments on new clients (including credit worthiness and payment reputation) as well as on project opportunities, including proposal co-ordination support. 
  • To produce regular (at least monthly) business development reports, including relevant business development performance ratios (success/failure rate for tenders, etc) with Senior Vice President input as necessary.
  • To establish and maintain a business opportunity tracking system.


To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that you will bring a minimum of 5 years' career experience, preferably in a consultancy environment, partnered with a Bachelor Degree in Quantity Surveying. 


Candidates with demonstrable experience of similar role responsibilities will be viewed favourably.
