We are now seeking an exceptional Bilingual Document Controller to join our award winning team based on our project in Kuwait. 

This critical role will be responsible for administrative and office support activities for relevant supervisors. Duties include answering telephone calls, receiving & distributing documents, transmittals, shop drawings, database/logs, typing correspondence and filing.

Responsibilities

Paramount to success within this varied role will include ;

  • Strong communication skills in both English and Arabic. 
  • Preparing and composing correspondence as directed, including minutes of the meeting, reports and projects documents.

  • Managing incoming and outgoing mail, faxes and email, including filing, copying and scanning.

  • Co-ordinating arrangements for domestic and international travel for senior staff.

  • Ensuring confidentiality and security of all project related documents.

  • Monitoring and maintaining adequate inventory of office supplies and stationery.

  • Communicating effectively at all levels to support collaborative work practices and achievement team goals.

Qualifications

To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that you will bring a minimum of 3 years career experience with a Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or related field. Fluency in written and spoken English and Arabic is a must.  

Experience working within the Gulf Region is essential whilst a background from a similar industry would be viewed favourably.
