We are now seeking an exceptional Construction Manager to join our award winning team based onsite in Makkah.

 

This critical role will be responsible for leadership, management and professional representation on the project to ensure quality construction, cost effectiveness and adherence to schedule deadlines.

Responsibilities

Paramount to success within this varied role will include;

  • Coordinating the work of all site operations.
  • Monitoring of contractors’ progress and preparing progress reports on a monthly basis and assisting in solving any/all deficiencies.
  • Assisting in negotiations with contractors regarding changes in contract value or project duration.
  • Advising the client on cost and time related issues and acceptance of the completed work to the client.
  • Participation and monitoring of the final inspection of works.
  • In collaboration with Human Resources representative, developing, implementing and monitoring personnel administration policies and procedures.

Qualifications

To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision the successful applicant will bring a minimum of 20 years post graduate experience in engineering, partnered with a Bachelor in Engineering or equivalent.

 

Full Membership of an Internationally recognized professional Institution i.e. C. Eng. M.I.C.E. or P.E. would be viewed favourably.
