We are now seeking an exceptional Deputy Architectural BIM Manager to join our award winning team based within our Qatar Office.


This critical role will be responsible for assisting the BIM Manager in providing leadership to the Architectural BIM team and ensuring the development and timely delivery of BIM models to engineering specifications for projects according to engineering and QMS standards and project requirements.


Paramount to success within this varied role will include:

  • Assisting the BIM Manager in ensuring the effective implementation of KEO BIM standards, systems and procedures.
  • Assisting the BIM Manager in ensuring efficient BIM Revit model and document archiving and retrieval processes.
  • Assisting the BIM Manager in organizing the BIM environment for the effective and efficient delivery of Revit models.
  • Ensuring implementation of the QMS to ensure delivery of quality products and services.

  • Anticipateing, analyzing and resolving problems faced by the BIM teams.

  • Communicating clearly and influencing effectively to support collaborative work practices and achieve team goals, while encouraging two-way communication.

  • Managing own continuous development and facilitate the development of team members through monitoring of staff performance, day-to-day coaching & feedback.

  • Taking responsibility for Client satisfaction in work outputs of the teams.

  • Liaising, consulting and negotiating with relevant managers and staff regarding opportunities to improve service delivery and work practices, remaining responsive to Client needs.

  • Analyzing existing work processes, procedures and systems, identifying opportunities for increased efficiencies cost-effectiveness and service improvements.


To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that you will bring a minimum of 5 years of practical BIM experience in a design office environment partnered with a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or any related discsipline.


Advanced proficiency in a range of computer aided design tools including Autodesk Revit and Navisworks are required.
