We are now seeking an exceptional Business Application Specialist to join our award winning team.


This critical role will be responsible for assisting our Business Application Manager with the management and administration of our Deltek Vision ERP application. This is a great opportunity to learn about micro enterprise development, and office systems in a friendly, professional, multicultural environment.





Paramount to success within this varied role will include:

  • Supporting end-users with all aspects of application functionality.
  • Participating in development, coordination, and/or facilitation of application training programs administered by an internal, systems rollout team.
  • Monitoring application unique environments in development, test and production
  • Testing and assisting with implementation of critical application configuration changes.
  • Assisting with application improvements and customization in the areas of workflows, custom fields, reporting and general process enhancements.
  • Gathering information about application usability and functionality from end-users from the organization and perform needs analysis.
  • Creating and maintaining application documentation.
  • Monitoring system data integrity for the purposes of data mining and reporting.





To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that you will bring a minimum of 5 years' career experience with a Bachelor’s degree in either MIS, Business Administration or Accounting is preferred or equivalent work experience.


Prior experience using Deltek Vision is required.


Experience with Resource Planning, Project Management and HR System functionality will be viewed favourably.
