    We are now seeking an exceptional Project Architect to join our award winning team based within our Kuwait Office.

     

    This critical role will be responsible for for overseeing the entire design process or asssiting as a technical expert on a specialised design.

    Responsibilities

    Paramount to success within this varied role will include:

    • Assessing the requirements of a project and working with a Project Manager to determine scope of work, budget and staffing.
    • Writing scope of work for architectural design based on preliminary review and meeting with the client.
    • Assigning and reviewing work of project design team. Checking progress of work and alerting Project Manager for change of scope or additional services.
    • Coordinating all aspects of project document completion within company and externally with clients in the presence of the Project Manager and other design professionals.
    • Reviewing construction budgets based on scope of project.
    • Assisting in the development of design staff.
    • Maintaining organised work area which allows efficient access to project information required by other team members.
    • Holding regular project progress review meetings with all concerned engineers and disciplines.
    • Ensuring QA/QC procedures are being implemented and any QA/QC issues are being addressed.

    Qualifications

    To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that you will bring a minimum of 8 - 10 years of architectural design experience with a Bachelors degree in Architecture.

     

    Proficiency in the use of AutoCAD and Revit are a must.
