    We are now seeking an exceptional Business Development Manager to join our award winning team based within our Kuwait Office.

     

    This critical role will be responsible for providing support to the Managing Director and Senior Vice President, PMCM Corporate. The role will be also be responsible in driving growth in KEO's market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating and monitoring business relationships with clients, whilst maintaining client relationships and driving loyalty through excellent client service.

    Responsibilities

    Paramount to success within this varied role will include:

    • Developing a holistic client management approach including establishing client contacts, client profiling, prospecting and maintaining client listings consistent with business objectives.
    • Developing effective working relationships with clients through regular meetings and identifying and obtaining further work and business development opportunities.
    • Maintaining contemporary knowledge of current and future market trends, industry contacts, potential prospects, new projects and awards and reporting to MD/SVP PMCM Corporate accordingly.
    • Developing client profiles, carrying out risk assessments on new clients, including their credit worthiness and payment reputation.
    • Striving to enhance and complement the existing relationship already owned and maintained by KEO and their professional staff.
    • Establishing and maintaining a business opportunity tracking system data base of clients and associate firms.
    • Ensuring to position KEO in the short list of invited consultants.
    • Ensuring that KEO receives maximum Requests for Proposals.
    • Coordinating and participating in preparation of Technical and Financial Proposals.
    • Managing and negotiating commercial and contractual matters with clients on projects till contract award.

    Qualifications

    To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that you will bring a minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience partnered with a Bachelor (or Master) degree in Architecture / Engineering disciplines.

     

    Bilingual communication skills in both English and Arabic are essential and interest from Kuwaiti Nationals will be warmly received.
