    We are now seeking an exceptional Senior Project Engineer - Highways to join our award winning team based within our Kuwait Office.

    Responsibilities

    Paramount to success within this varied role will include:

    • Managing the highway design project delivery of the team and the quality of the deliverables.
    • Undertaking and supervising a variety of highway engineering tasks and taking an active role within the integrated multidisciplinary teams in the delivery of engineering solutions, investigations and designs across a range of projects.
    • Creating concept to detailed design of highway projects including interchanges and at-grade junctions, including priority and signal controlled.
    • Developing and preparing design drawings, reports, design reports, technical and material specifications.
    • Supervising junior engineers, draughtsmen and technicians.
    • Preparing capital cost estimates, bill of quantities and project delivery schedules for assigned projects and assisting the proposal/bid managers in business developments by providing inputs in the preparation of bids of highway projects.

    Qualifications

    To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that you will bring a minimum of 8 years' career experience with a Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.

     

    Professional certification in IEng, CEng/P.E. is an advantage.
