    We are now seeking an exceptional MEP Manager to join our award winning team based on our Jeddah / Makkah project.

     

    This critical role will be responsible for representing KEO in communications with the client, design consultants and contractors and technically assessing submittals in accordance with relevant discipline-focused strategy and procedures.

     

    Responsibilities

    Paramount to success within this varied role will include ;

    • Maintains proper and complete communication with the client on all project related issues.
    • Organizes and manages MEP staff on multiple, significant, projects in a multidisciplinary environment simultaneously.
    • Maintains efficient liaison with local regulatory authorities.
    • Ensures project standards, safety management and quality control procedures are implemented and maintained for each of the technical areas required to complete the job.
    • Provides guidance and training to MEP project staff.
    • Provides feedback on staff competencies and performance.
    • Identifies issues and risks that need to be brought to the attention of the relevant senior management as necessary.

    Qualifications

    To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that you will bring a minimum of 20 years experience in the construction and project management of MEP engineering, overseeing the full lifecycle of a project including testing and commissioning. 

    It will be essential to possess a Bachelor qualification in Mechanical Engineering, whilst professional engineering membership is preferred.
