    We are now seeking an exceptional Senior Project Engineer - Hydraulics to join our award winning team based within our Qatar Office.


    This critical role will be responsible for production, verification and assessment of technical designs, plans and associated documentation during the different stages of Infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with relevant engineering and QMS standards. 


    Paramount to success within this varied role will include;

    • Carrying out feasibility and optioneering studies on water, wastewater and storm water systems designs. 
    • Developing and preparing design drawings, reports, design reports, technical and materials specifications.
    • Preparing capital cost estimates, bills of quantities and project delivery schedules for water and waste water systems.
    • Resolving complicated design problems using both manual and computer methods with minimal supervision.
    • Developing new ideas or alter existing designs to meet special needs where no standard application will fulfill project requirements, with the approval of Project Manager.
    • Assisting in obtaining design approval from authorities/agencies.
    • Maintaining quality control and quality standards in all work output, checking computations, designs, drawings, plans, estimates and reports prepared for comprehensiveness, technical accuracy and sound application of engineering principles and standards.
    • Assigning tasks to and oversee work performed by Associate and Project Engineers.
    • Using initiative to ensure that work processes, procedures and systems are effective and efficient.
    • Providing solutions to technical problems.
    • Communicating effectively at all levels to support collaborative work practices and achievement of team goals.
    • Communicating effectively with Clients and public agencies.
    • Contributing to the effective functioning of the team by identifying with and participating in the attainment of team objectives, communicating and sharing knowledge.
    • Maintaining Client focus in the delivery of services of the team.


    To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that you will bring a minimum of 8 years career experience in wet utilities including potable water, waste water and storm water systems.  With a Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering.
