Our newest opportunity is for a Proposal Editor, to join our award-winning team based in Abu Dhabi.

 

Responsibilities

Paramount to success within this varied role will include;

 

  • Providing editing and writing support on proposal and proposal related documents.
  • Contributing to the development of formats and guidelines to ensure final product reflects and is inline with organisation quality and standards.
  • Coordinating with stakeholders and content experts across all divisions to ensure accuracy of all documentation in a clear and concise manner.
  • Independently writing, reviewing, and revising material for proposal and proposal related documents ensuring consistency of branding style, punctuation, spelling and grammar.
  • Supporting and developing a high level of document standards in compliance with organisational standards guidelines.

Qualifications

To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envisage that you will bring a minimum of 5 years' experience from a similar professional position as a Proposal Editor working within an engineering consultancy environment partnered with a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, English, Communications or a related field.

 

  • Articulate, professional and able to communicate in a clear, positive manner with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent communications skills, both oral and written, must be able to read, write and speak fluent English.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of concepts, practices, and procedures with publication production, writing and editorial processes.
  • Advanced MS Office skills and fluency in Adobe CC (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop) is mandatory.
