Our newest opportunity is for a talented Proposal Manager to join our award-winning team based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This position is responsible for lead PMI proposals unit including proposals write-up and production as well as the development and coordination of comprehensive and quality built marketing collateral, pre-qualifications (PQs), and expressions of interest (EOIs).


We envisage success in this role to include;

  • Develop technical and financial proposals in coordination with business and client requirements.
  • Managing the production of project proposals, pre-qualifications and expressions of interest, liaising with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Take the lead in technical write-ups of division’s proposals.
  • Monitor proposals production regionally and provide QA&QC.
  • Maintaining the proposals’ database including related documentation, timelines, follow up and status reporting.
  • Planning, prioritizing, scheduling, and performing own work to meet identified time frames and standards.
  • Well-developed communication skills including the ability to perform effectively in a team environment with a strong client focus.
  • Where required, develop, coordinate, and manage the development and completion of company registration with clients, expressions of interest, and pre-qualifications.
  • Standardise proposal documentation and ensure corporate standards and/or pro-formas are adhered to.
  • Developing and reviewing marketing collateral to ensure that the quality, level of detail, graphic standards and consistency meets an established divisional and corporate level/standard
  • Assist the Executive Director in carrying out regular internal weekly and monthly reporting which reflects division’s performance.
  • Prepare and maintain professional business development reports, including charts and spreadsheets which reflect data and statistics.
  • Carry out research for general information pertaining to client profiles, projects, and capital budgets.
  • Any other business development related activities as set-out by the Executive Director


To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include 10 years work experience, partnered with a Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Engineering or related field.


High level of fluency in English, verbal and written is essential. Proficiency in other languages, especially Arabic, will be highly regarded.
