Our newest opportunity is for a talented CAD Operator to join our award-winning team based in Saudi Arabia. 

Responsibilities

We envisage success in this role to include;

  • Preparing CAD drawings as per Engineering and Client requirements.  
  • Executing amendments to prepared drawings considering any changes or modifications on initial design.  
  • Managing the different versions of the design drawings and ensure they are controlled in a sequential reference environment.  
  • Maintaining a log of drawings of all relevant design projects as per QMS and/or project requirements.  
  • Reading and interpreting construction drawings and plan sheets 
  • Recommending updates that may improve processes and CAD standards 
  • Adhering to industry codes and standards as well as department practices and procedures 
  • Communicating effectively at all levels to support collaborative work practices and achievement of team goals 
  • Contributing to the effective functioning of the team by identifying with and participating in the attainment of team objectives, communicating and sharing knowledge 
  • Managing own continuous development and support the development of colleagues 
  • Maintaining a client-focused approach to delivery of services of the team 
  • Performing other duties as required.  

Qualifications

To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include at least 10 years work experience partnered with a Bachelor Degree in a relevant field. Fluency in English is essential. 

 

The software and systems being utilised on the project are as below, therefore a high level of experience in these is required.

  • AutoCAD
  • REVIT
  • Navisworks.
