Our newest opportunity is for a talented Graduates - Sustainability to join our brand-new office in Lisboa, Portugal


We envisage success in this role to include:

  • Assisting the sustainability project manager in conducting compliance assessment for projects.
  • Understanding sustainability performance criteria and associated requirements and compliance paths.
  • Maintaining and updating trackers and checklists as instructed by the project manager.
  • Organizing information and documents as records of evidence of compliance.
  • Conducting calculations and analyses under guidance of senior engineers.
  • Drafting narratives demonstrating findings and compliance assessment.
  • Assisting the sustainability team in extracting information from project drawings and documents.


To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include 0-1 years’ experience partnered with a Bachelor in, Architecture, Engineering or Urban Planning and solid written and verbal communication skills in English. Any previous training or certification on LEED, WELL and Mostadam will be considered advantageous.


The following areas of strength will be seen in the successful candidate:

  • General understanding of Sustainability in the built environment.
  • Basic knowledge of Environmental Compliance (IOSH, NEBOSH, ISO-14001 etc.)
  • Advanced use of MS Excel, Powerpoint & Word.
  • Creativity, Problem solving & analytical skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and to pay attention to details.
  • Punctuality and understanding of the importance of meeting the deadlines.

High level of proficiency in AutoCAD / Revit, Microsoft Office, Adobe InDesign, Other Presentation Digitalised Tools.
