Currently, we are in search of a highly experienced Office Administrator in our brand new Lisbon office to become an integral part of our continuously expanding core office team. If you are a seasoned professional seeking a challenging opportunity, we invite you to join our dynamic team of experts.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with preparation of Tender Documents (Technical & Financial Packages) 
  • Organize and schedule necessary meetings for Director and Project managers 
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and plans, including printing, copying, binding and laminating 
  • Maintain a database of Client contacts information (telephone, fax and email and etc.) 
  • Prepare letters, Memorandums and faxes for various projects

 

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years experience 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Works (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) 
  • Must have an acceptable typing speed 
  • Well organized and good personality
  • Must have fluency in Portugese
