Responsibilities

Our newest opportunity is for a talenrted BIM Engineer - Electrical to join our award-winning team based in Jordan.

 

We envisage success in this role to include:

  • Producing technical drawings for utility networks: pressured and gravity systems, power and telecom.
  • Producing profiles and 3D models for utility networks (advantage).
  • Liaising with Engineers about the information required, the coordination between different disciplines and project progress.
  • Collaborating and coordinating with other disciplines to achieve a fully integrated design.
  • Converting concepts and sketches into engineering drawings based on the project requirements.
  • Developing workflows for various stages in design and submissions.
  • Leveraging BIM software and tools as a methodology to coordinate design progress.

Qualifications

To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that you will have a diploma in drafting, or any other related subject. We welcome all levels of experience, preferably with more than 2 years of experience in a similar position. 

 

Furthermore, you should demonstrate: 

 

  • Proven experience as a BIM/CAD Engineer in Infrastructure (dry utilities) 
  • Proficiency in software such as Autodesk AutoCAD and AutoCAD Civil 3D. 
  • Experience in Infraworks and Navisworks is preferable.  
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills in English.
