Our newest opportunity is for a talented Senior Human Resources Administrator to join our award-winning team based within our Riyadh Office.

 

This critical role will be responsible for providing high-level senior administrative support to the Human Resources Division. 

Responsibilities

Paramount to success within this varied role will include: 

  • Supports the HR Team to promote and maintain a high standard of HR service delivery while maintaining consistency of information

  • Provides support to address employee queries where required, ensuring consistent application of company policies; escalates concerns beyond their scope to HR Manager.

  • Coordinates administration and onboarding and delivers orientation and induction training, resolving all new joiner issues

  • Drafts employment contracts and amendments to contracts, employee letters and certificates.
  • Maintains the HR databases and processes KEO Portal requests and updates.
  • Works closely with team to ensure consistency of information and employment contractual agreements are followed through.

  • Administers annual, sick and other leave.
  • Creates and Maintains employee records (electronic and hard files).
  • Collates monthly and quarterly HR reports, including (but not limited to): Sick and Annual Leave reports, Termination Resignation /reports, Exit Interview Data reports.

  • Creates various reports and presentations in Microsoft applications including but not limited to PowerPoint, Excel, Visio and Sharepoint.
  • Performs other responsibilities as assigned along with the administrative responsibilities.

Qualifications

To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envisage that you will bring a minimum of 5 years' career experience coupled with advanced proficiency in MS applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) , partnered with a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
