Responsibilities

Our newest opportunity is for a talented Senior Sustainability Engineer to join our award-winning team based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

 

This position will oversee construction supervision projects and will be handling the rating system submission for the construction stage.

 

We envisage success in this role to include:

  • Organizing and delivering LEED, Estidama, Al Safat & WELL Green Certifications.
  • Review material submittals and contractors weekly report.
  • Conduct related site inspections.
  • Supporting design teams to improve their buildings’ sustainability performance.
  • Supporting sustainability delivery leaders on environmental, sustainability, and social reporting.
  • Working with wider sustainability & environmental teams on innovation and tailoring sustainability standards for clients.
  • Ensuring existing quality control, quality assurance, submittal protocols, and document flow procedures are followed and successfully implemented.
  • Maintaining excellent working relationships with internal and client teams.
  • Managing and facilitating delivery efforts to client expectations and ensuring client satisfaction during and after the delivery of a scope of work and deliverables, making any requested alterations in an established timeframe.

Qualifications

To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include 12 years’ experience partnered with a Masters Degree in Engineering or Architectural and Masters in Sustainability Relevant Discipline.

 

Estidama PQP is a mandatory requirement. 

 

Preferential consideration will also be given to candidates whom possess additional qualification such as GRI Certified Sustainability Professional or LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP) or WELL AP.

 

High level of proficiency in AutoCAD/Revit, MS Office, InDesign and other presentation digitalised tools.
